What is Radio Frequency Skin Tightening?

Radio Frequency or ‘RF’ is a revolutionary way of tightening the skin by shrinking collagen fibres in the skin by up to a THIRD!

It also denatures some older collagen fibres therefore encouraging the production of new collagen in the treated area.

RF also breaks down some fat cells and stimulates the production of new elastin fibres, which means that it can actually improve the appearance of cellulite!

A single session of radiofrequency can deliver great results – Recommending to clients as a pre-party treatment. But for deeper, long-term results – course of 4 – 6 sessions spaced between 7 and 10 days apart.

What happens during a Radio Frequency Skin Tightening?

After a full consultation to discuss your target areas and expectations, a water gel will be applied to the skin and the Radio Frequency handset is used to massage the area in circular motions.

You will feel a small amount of heat when the process is working!

During treatment, an RF skin tightening machine will send alternating currents from the tip of an electrode to your tissue at a frequency between 0.3 and 10 MHz. This process bypasses the amount of melanin pigment present in your outer layer of skin, making the treatment effective for all skin types and colors.

Each treatment session will last 15 to 60 minutes, depending on the area that is being treated.
